LCHF for beginners

Okay you guys, here goes...how would you feel if I told you that you CAN lose weight easily with an easy to stick to LCHF diet. Its simple. Its all pretty much cutting out sugar and carbs, but you are able to have any kind of meats, full fat butter, cheese, WHOLE eggs, pretty much ALL veggies berries in moderation and all you have to do is follow this :) give it 30 days if its not for you its not for you but at least you can say you tried right?



Personally I notice an overall achievement, in my energy, clothes, just the way I feel in general. I do NOT keep a scale at home because I become obsessed with it if the scale doesn't move for me, its a mind thing that I hope to overcome. So I only weigh myself when I A. go to the doctor, or B. go to a friends house.

Its deff been a while y'all

So this year, I have told myself that I have to blog more, so here I am :) I told myself that I will or SHOULD at least do this once a day if not every 2 days...With that being said, this blog will be filled with food, My weight loss progress, punk shit, hippie shit, Musica, Vampira, drawings of mine, crafts, poetry (specially Poe's)  So pretty much my life/lifestyle haha (: 


With all of that being said currently I am trying this locarb high fat diet also known as ketosis, AWESOME change you guys! if you havent heard of it look it up seriously! I will be posting on it next just getting all of my info together to put it on here :)

With all that being said, enjoy an oldie but goody of me in culinary school :)

WL journey.

A few of you may know that I was and currently still am going on with my weight loss journey. Since we moved cross-country nearly a year ago I haven't been able to get back on a healthy regimen for the life of me, but this weekend I decided to jump in with two feet (yet again) and stop making excuses. So here I am picking up where I left off, and boy am I happy to say that :) for those of you interested I will be posting my progress as well as pictures on this blog so please follow me through my journey and see what else this wonderful life has ahead of me :)

Marso 14

So it's march 14th bryan finally landed a job! Now we're just waiting for him to take the dtest which will be fine :) so stoked! Well life's been...well life. My birthday was awesome I had a really good time with some close friends of mine :) finally spoke with my parents the day after my birthday since they're in Mexico and all for the time being.

As for Bryan and i....were still debating on staying here or moving OOS again. Were both looking into what's best for us :) I'll keep y'all updated on that.

As for now our journey continues :)

Birthday

Ahhh birthday celebration starts tomorrow for yours truly! I am BEYOND pumped for this weekends festivities! It's been a very very very VERY very long time since I have been able to have fun and let lose. Did I mention that its been a VERY long time? Lol you all can see how happy and excited I am! :) aside from having a 1/4 life crisis earlier tonight because of aging an all I think and hope that this will be a blessed and amazing birthday! Goodnight all work tomorrow than its time to RAGE and cause HAVOC! in this city:) ill keep hall posted with pics and such as soon as the hangover allows me too :)

New Year. New Chapter.

Hey everyone! Its definitely been a LONG while since I have posted anything at all, BUT to recap what has happened so far since the last time I logged in. As you all know I was living on the East Coast, and for a good while too. :) I am currently residing in San Diego, Ca which as you all know I am NOT complaining about :) Its wonderfully amazing out here! The circumstances behind the move is a TOTALLY different story. I'll get into that later. I'm actually currently working on a piece that I will post as soon as its finished. So onward with my journey back west. Bryan and I have been dating a little over a year now and we are both living in San Diego :) It took me by surprise that he actually brought up moving west being that hes FROM the east coast. I love it. He loves it. The whole situation is just better for both of us. We get to see my parents a lot more which is OBVIOUSLY a plus!! I missed them entirely too much! So anyway. In the 6 months that we have been back here Bryan and I have probably gone through some of the worst shit imaginable, but what doesn't kill us makes us stronger right? That is also another piece that I have in the works! So please stay tuned! Although I'm sure HARDLY anyone reads my blog. I'm almost positive some of you browsing will stumble across some of  my readings :) and I thank God everyday for that! There comes a day.

So as we all know there comes a day when you feel that you expiration date is due somewhere. Well as some of you may know I am a Cali girl :) born and raised and I moved to Charleston, SC in July of 2008, and I am way past my expiration date here. So in two weeks on May 3, 2011 my boyfriend Bryan and I will be heading out West to California to live again :) I am so excited you guys have no idea. So that is one of the reasons I have not been blogging as much, I find myself at work and when I get home I'm so tired I go to bed! :( but even though I'm so busy I am trying to update and as of now that is what I will be doing that is until I leave Charleston because once we are on the road I will be updating and posting pictures of our roadtrip/pit stops that we make :).  So as of now other than being so damn behind on packing and sorting things out with what we're giving away/selling and what we are hauling away with us cross country, I am running out of time on trying to get some of my furniture sold its so aggravating because I have no time to try and sell it but I STILL need to get rid of it ugh its a ridiculous inevitable circle lol. But anywho I also wanted to share that my parents are super excited to meet Bryan :) and surprisingly so are my brothers :) so I am super stoked about that :) well attached here are some pictures of Bryan and I and some of our friends  :)
